Coaching Terms & Conditions

Minimum Commitment Period

12 weeks unless agreed otherwise.

Initial Set up fee or first weeks coaching payment is due prior to the start date of your coaching package, if paying weekly your ongoing payments are due the week prior to services rendered.

You may terminate your coaching within the commitment period under the following circumstance: If Beyond Fit fail to provide the minimum services for your selected service.

Cancellations

You may cancel within the first 14 days of either paying first invoice or first day of service (which ever is sooner), any invoices paid are non refundable.

If you cancel thereafter within the agreement period, you must pay out the remaining value of your package within 14 days.

 

Minimum Service Inclusions:
Fortnightly Written ($60/week Lifestyles Coaching) Or Weekly (Nutrition only, Premium Lifestyle,  Comp Prep Coaching) written Or Loom check in response delivered within 48 hours of the cut off time to submit your check in. This is by 12pm AEST the day following you receive your check in reminder message


-Questions & messages are responded to within 24 hours of sending (Monday to Friday between hours of 8-6PM AEST


-Training phase(Lifestyles & Comp Prep Only) is updated every 4-6 weeks (Training phases maybe extended at the discretion of the coach if the client has been absent from training during the training phase)


-Macros & Calories goals updated as needed.


- Peak Week Plan provided for 14 Days prior to show & including 4 week reverse Plan (Comp Prep Only)

Client Expectations:
- To make every effort to check in on the morning of their designated check in day or by end of day. If this is not possible to notify your coach.
- If check in is not received by noon Gold coast local time the day after your designated check in day, you recognise that no changes will be made and you may not receive a check in response that week.
- Notify your coaches of any holidays or times where you will need a different training programme with 2 weeks notice.

 

Pausing coaching

- You are entitled to pause coaching for up to 2 weeks within a given calendar year FOC, your payments will either be put on hold or coaching extended depending on payment frequency. You must give 2 weeks written notice of this.


-Your coaches are also entitled to 2 weeks holiday within a calendar year, training will be current and plan made during that time but check ins will be suspended and communication will be limited to emergency only. You will be provided with a minimum 2 weeks notice of this period. This will not impact payments/invoices.

Payments

- Payments are due in advance of service provision.
- Payments more than 14 days late will be subject to a 40AUD Late payment fee

- Payments are to be made via newie/stripe in which a 2.9% fee + $0.30 per payment fee will be added to the cost per transaction.
